What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in achieving permanent housing placement and provide comprehensive case management services
- Manage and track housing applications and liaise with landlords to ensure compliance with standards
- Conduct fieldwork, including home visits and escorting clients to appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and participate in external meetings
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records as required by the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in social work or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of clinical individual or group counseling experience preferred
- Experience with NYC housing subsidies and programs is required
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus
- Valid housing license or certification, if applicable
