What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and manage provider contracts for Health Plan Services
- Recommend, coordinate, and implement contracting initiatives to enhance Health Plan Services products
- Collaborate with the Parkview Health network of contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with contract language and terms
- Perform duties under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Healthcare-related field preferred; or equivalent of 8 years of additional experience in a comparable job
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Minimum of three to five years of comprehensive experience in the managed healthcare field
- Proven experience in negotiating and writing contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
