What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop outreach plans to engage potential customers
- Conduct outbound call campaigns for prospecting new clients
- Maintain documentation and track activity in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and direct sales teams to generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with satisfied clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least one year of telesales experience required
- Demonstrable experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven sales environment
- Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Library operational or library sales experience
- Experience with dialer or campaign cadence software
- Ability to bond quickly with prospects and manage the sales cycle effectively
- Proven writing ability along with excellent presentation skills
