      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Post and maintain job advertisements on various platforms, including career boards and social media
      - Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers
      - Conduct candidate screenings, including resume reviews and phone screens
      - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate records
      - Prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support roles
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS; Paycom experience preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or recruiting (e.g., AIRS)
      - Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment or onboarding processes
      - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
