What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical business support for leveraging HR technologies to optimize HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements and implement system configurations
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs
- Assist with the rollout and implementation of new software and HR processes
- Compile data and assist with various reports related to turnover and other HR metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college/university
- At least five (5) years of experience in Business Technologies, Human Resources, IT, and/or Project Management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Proficient in SharePoint and other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using UKG Pro WFM
