      Exciting Opportunity for Test Analysts!

      Join our dynamic team and take charge of the complete implementation of changes across various systems. Collaborate with esteemed government clients such as the Environment Agency, CITB, Home Office, and DWP. Our hybrid work model allows for a mix of on-site and remote work, encouraging a collaborative and flexible environment.

      You will be required to work from Newcastle 1 to 2 days per week.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Evaluate change requests, conducting impact assessments to identify optimal progression strategies.
      • Develop comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts to facilitate successful testing within agreed delivery timelines.
      • Implement test scripts, meticulously collecting evidence to support auditing processes.
      • Disseminate internal communications about change requests within the team.
      • Test and implement alterations to Oracle global/table values.
      • Collaborate closely with IT suppliers to address change requests and system incidents.
      • Engage with customers, colleagues, and IT suppliers, ensuring prompt response to their needs.
      • Offer concise responses to referrals concerning potential system issues.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Some experience as a Test Analyst.
      • Proficient in producing various test portfolios.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
      • Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll functionality.

      It would be great if you had:

      • Track record of working with government clients.
      • Previous experience leading end-to-end changes to Payroll and HR programs.

      Training and support available for areas where you may lack experience. You will also benefit from being assigned a mentor within your team to guide and develop your skills.
      Note that occasional extra hours may be required to meet deadlines.
