      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate ad-hoc reports for managers, providing necessary data for decision-making
      - Manage unemployment claims, ensuring accurate documentation and responses
      - Respond to eligibility requests for rehire or employee transfer based on company policies
      - Monitor and manage inquiries related to Leave & Accommodations and Employee Relations
      - Process employee verifications for leaves and maintain filing of medical documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of verifiable experience in an administrative or Human Resources support role
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, along with strong computer skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      - Valid driver's license and operable personal vehicle with proof of insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Familiarity with HR systems such as UKG and payroll software
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
