      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring employee engagement projects, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness events
      - Provide administrative support for engagement initiatives, managing logistics, and coordinating communications
      - Maintain accurate records of employee participation and engagement data
      - Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify improvement areas in engagement initiatives
      - Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures related to engagement and cultural information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Human Resources support role, preferably within Residential Property Management
      - High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
      - Basic proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, email, internet) required
      - Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
      - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic proficiency in design skills (Canva, MailChimp) is preferred but not required
      - Experience with employee wellness programs and engagement initiatives
