      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer USA and Canada benefit programs, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on benefits
      - Manage family and medical leaves of absence, coordinating approvals and support for employees
      - Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communication and auditing of enrollments
      - Respond to escalated employee questions and concerns that are sensitive or complex in nature
      - Partner with Sales and Finance to develop and execute performance-based incentive plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience coordinating benefits and leave of absence programs
      - Proven knowledge of laws and regulations governing benefit plans and family/medical leaves (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA)
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading open enrollments and managing employee communications related to benefits
      - Familiarity with 401K and other retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements
      - Previous experience working in a remote/hybrid work environment
