What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate administrative and business management functions within the HR department
- Develop and maintain the HR department website using HTML
- Analyze and standardize procedures to improve efficiencies
- Provide phone coverage and respond to customer inquiries, including sensitive issues
- Support and assist in the cross-training of team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of office-related experience
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

- Demonstrated initiative in developing leadership and supervision skills
- Developing presentation and facilitation skills
- Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills
