      HR Business Partner, Marketing and Creative

      As an HRBP, you will be the primary HR partner for multiple departments, including Marketing and Creative. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to your client groups, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and more!       Primary Responsibilities:

      • Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice, and consultation to functional leaders in the Marketing and Creative organization.
      • Proactively work with management and leadership by building credibility and developing positive relationships to identify organizational needs and build action plans to address them.
      • Mentor managers in assigned business unit/client groups on issues including application of HR programs, policies and processes, associate relations issues, change management, inclusion & diversity, performance management, organization development and design, in order to strengthen overall organizational capability.
      • May coach employees on people management, career development, and personal leadership.
      • Partner with management to understand business goals and people implications.
      • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, initiatives, and solutions that support business needs.
      • Plan and operate independently when making decisions for client groups, use Sr. Manager as sounding board and partner for complex issues and approvals when required.
      • Participate in the broader HR Business Partner Home Office team to drive HR solutions such as process improvement as well as lead or be part of other broad scale HR projects and initiatives.
      • Conduct Associate Relations investigations and provide recommendation for resolution where appropriate.
      • Drive recruitment efforts with the Recruiting COE. Partner with managers in establishing hiring and compensation strategies, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
      • Oversee the development and implementation of succession planning and talent reviews that identify top talent, expose talent gaps and builds marketing capabilities.
      • Monitor engagement and continuously looks for creative solutions to improve engagement through HR initiatives. Conducts stay and exit interviews to track trends, and provide key insights.
      • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR projects as needed.
      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

      • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in an HRBP and/or HR role providing strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and associates in a highly complex and dynamic business setting.

      • Validated project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
      • SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
