Core Responsibilities Act as an interface between employees & stakeholders, senior leaders to provide pleasant employee experience for everyone at CIEC – Sky India. Lead HR Business partner for given CIEC – SKY BUs in close consultation, advice and guidance from the direct supervisor on day-to-day aspects. Conduct Organization Health Check-ins (myHR sessions) with various teams (Small group setting) Assist Senior HRBPs in compiling HR performance dashboards, Rewards & Recognition (India) by closely working with stakeholders in India & Europe pertaining to SKY teammates in India Work closely with CIEC SLT, HR SLT and Hiring Managers / BU Leaders in SKY Europe to provide accurate and timely HR analytics / metrics / dashboards as and when required. Provide adhoc reports as per business requests. Serves as initial point-of -contact for Company's employee issues and inquiries, including but not limited to payroll, Benefits, HR Operations and Company policies. Expected to engage with employees to resolve their queries, grievances, concerns. Closely partner with India Talent Acquisition team to complete all Workday related process within agreed timelines and ensure seamless hiring experience Partners with Sky India TA team to monitor TA dashboards & metrics, pre-onboarding Workday activities etc Work closely with TA team and Directors to create and manage job requisitions and other onboarding approvals from a HRBP perspective Prepare & maintain headcount and attrition details Work with Compensation COE in USA for job family mapping, salary ranges build the cost modelling efforts Maintain all employee related confidential / sensitive information like employee files / emails / documents. Actively participate in campus recruitment and other recruitment drives when conducted. Create and maintain MS Forms for various processes that are outside of Workday to collect information and feedback from Sky people leaders Gather performance feedback and assist to manage graduates who are assigned to CIEC-Sky Create presentations with data analysis on various topics Analyse different survey results (eNPS, Yourvoice) and share feedback and action plans with SLTs. Work closely with the Sky people leaders for year end performance review process, collect feedback, review merit, wage adjustment and promotion recommendations Implement new HR processes within Sky designated teams Anchor Employee Engagement activities across the center to ensure employees are motivated and create a healthy working environment, make CIEC a fun place to Work. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance and maintain confidentiality on sensitive data Other duties and responsibilities and adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time by HR Director Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance in office Education Qualification: bachelor’s degree specializing in Human Resources / Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or its equivalent. Master's Degree in any of this specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
