      The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a proactive strategic business partner to assigned business units and provides value-added support through a full range of services aligned to the current and future needs of the business. This position contributes significantly to the company’s objectives by actively driving HR programs and processes. This position will also be key in supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives, employee relations, and HR Metrics.

      Principal Duties & Responsibilities

      • Consult with Business Leaders to develop and maintain partnerships to deliver value-added HR guidance and services.
      • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
      • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
      • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
      • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
      • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
      • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce, and succession planning.
      • Develop and execute, in partnership with business leaders, training and development opportunities that will increase collaboration and skills of all employees.
      • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all employees.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.

      Education and Experience: Minimum

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or HR-related field
      • 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting matrix organizations
      • 2+ years of Employee Relations experience
      • Experience in creating and analyzing HR data

      Education and Experience: Preferred

      • Master’s Degree in HR or MBA or other business-related field
      • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
      • Experience with HRIS software; PeopleSoft, ADP, and Taleo
