      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
      - Provide coaching and guidance on career development, staffing, and employee relations
      - Manage compensation programs and ensure competitive salary structures
      - Lead initiatives for performance reviews, organizational changes, and workforce planning
      - Address complex employee relations issues with effective resolution strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting Direct Sales teams
      - Deep understanding of Sales Operations and Inside Sales functions
      - Proven conflict resolution, change management, and organizational effectiveness skills
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading base pay administration and performance management in complex environments
      - Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all organizational levels
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications and translating HR strategies into impactful solutions
