      WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

      • Build and maintain effective working relations with leaders and employees.

      • Deliver processes such as onboarding, benefit administration, pay reviews, performance management and off boarding – entire employee life cycle

      • Facilitate effective delivery of employee communications, including announcing organization changes, new hires, key initiative updates, and nVent and Segment news.

      • Identify and recommend opportunities for HR initiatives that improve employee experiences, grow high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture

      • Collaborate with HR teams across the business and lead project work to drive consistent execution of HR services.

      • Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to internal partners on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.

      • Maintain HRIS data and ensure quality delivery of reports, etc.

      • Lead engagement initiatives to promote a professional and enjoyable workplace

      Qualifications and Experience

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline required

      • 3+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience

      • Experience supporting manufacturing functions preferred

      • Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements

      • Skills in consulting, collaboration, innovation, planning, decision making and organization to help identify and develop programs, policies, guidelines and procedures that will engage and retain a highly talented workforce
