What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails from employees
- Own and resolve employee contacts with problem-solving skills
- Utilize available documentation and escalate when necessary
- Build customer trust through personalized conversations
- Collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3+ years working in a call center environment
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 support process
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email writing
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HR/HR shared services
- Knowledge of US federal and state laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
