What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring resolution with problem-solving skills
- Resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails related to Leave, Disability, and Accommodation
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust case management plan accordingly
- Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to improve policies
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years’ experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Schedule flexibility to support a 24x7 operations
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge
- Previous work experience in leave of absence and/or disability claim management
- Bachelor's degree or advanced education in Human Resources or related field
- Experience providing consultation on human resources or complex employee matters
- Exceptional use of empathy skills
