      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Validate and process HR transactions using knowledge of the system and provided documentation
      - Monitor HR transactions for adherence to defined processes and escalate exceptions as necessary
      - Maintain HR data in proper systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
      - Research, resolve, and respond to escalated cases from the HR Contact Center
      - Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 3-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in case management
      - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR transactions and processes
      - Experience in customer interaction via case management, phone, and virtual platforms
      - Ability to independently manage tasks, caseloads, and audits

      - Agility to support teammates and cover tasks during peak volumes
