What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and evaluate job-related materials and conduct job audit interviews
- Compare employee duties with classification specifications to make determinations and recommendations
- Write and revise class specifications and determine pay ranges
- Assist in conducting market pay studies and classification studies as required
- Testify at appeal hearings to support the State's case

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated skills and experience in evidence gathering, analysis, report writing, and recommendations
- Experience working with the State's compensation and classification systems
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work well within a team dedicated to compliance
- High level of self-motivation and evidence of being a self-starter

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a role related to human resources or compliance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements
- Previous experience in government or public sector employment
