      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the HR Compliance team in fulfilling compliance responsibilities across the organization
      - Gather and share information while addressing compliance-related inquiries
      - Monitor non-compliance and support the implementation and auditing of compliance programs
      - Maintain accurate HR and Compliance records, both electronic and paper-based
      - Collaborate effectively with various departments and maintain professional relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR or office administration with an HR focus
      - Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements associated with background screenings
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with compliance monitoring and auditing processes
      - Additional certifications in HR or compliance-related fields
      - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
      - Experience with electronic HR systems or databases
