      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the HR Compliance team in ensuring compliance with organizational responsibilities
      - Gather and share information across various departments regarding compliance-related inquiries
      - Monitor non-compliance issues and assist in the implementation and auditing of compliance programs
      - Maintain accurate HR and compliance records, both electronic and paper-based
      - Foster effective professional relationships with peers and cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR or office administration with an HR focus
      - Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements associated with background screenings
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance monitoring and auditing processes in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
      - Familiarity with electronic HR record-keeping systems
      - Background in working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency
      - Previous experience in a role that required independent decision-making and teamwork
