What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver day-to-day HR activities to employees, supervisors, and managers
- Ensure legal compliance and uphold best practices
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to foster a positive work environment and strong team culture
- Support HR Manager and HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests during critical annual cycles
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and share themes proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Google suite
- Experience working with Workday
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources and technology
- Problem-solving skills with a high bias for action
