      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process requests for verification of employment for current and former employees
      - Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
      - Track and assist with the administration of performance assessments and evaluations
      - Manage the HR department’s inbox and respond to employee inquiries as needed
      - Assist with employee engagement initiatives and maintain HR-related documents and correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role
      - Must be a self-starter, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities without direct supervision
      - Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently in a remote environment
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HR software and systems (experience with ADP, iCIMS, Cornerstone, or similar platforms is a plus)
