      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex calendars, prepare correspondence, and arrange detailed travel plans for C-level executives
      - Coordinate guest visits and handle logistics for executive functions and board meetings
      - Process payments, maintain invoices, and manage the executive's contact database
      - Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring organization and confidentiality
      - Perform various office tasks, including creating and updating documents and spreadsheets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a public company
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
      - Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools

      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across functions
