Execute all Tier 1 activity in Workday across the EMEA region.
Help the HRSC Tier 1 Leader to manage the ‘queue’ of cases coming through myHR from across EMEA to ensure the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for response times is met.
Be responsible for responding to Tier 1 queries coming through myHR from across the EMEA region to ensure SLA for resolution times is met.
Complete all required documentation for various HR related information, such as new hire paperwork, change of status forms, compensation request and HRIS updates, as required.
When necessary, escalate cases to Tier 2, either in Lithuania or in larger European countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK).
When necessary, escalate cases to COEs (Centres of Expertise) or HRIT.
Document employee relations for local team members such as disciplinary issues and terminations.
Provide local administration for various company-wide programs such as service awards, performance management and compensation processes.
Maintain personnel files, ensuring all files and documents are in compliance.
Collaborate with the Payroll teams regarding HR related information submission to the Payroll provider (new hires, leavers, changes, monthly report);
Help to conduct and coordinate new-hire orientation and offboarding in Lithuania as required
Minimum Diploma program or equivalent in business administration and human resources or other related area.
1-2 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in human resources, preferably in HR administration and staffing function.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A knowledge of any of the following languages would be an advantage but is not necessary: Lithuanian, French, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish.
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail
Ability to resolve employees’ issues quickly and efficiently
Ability to represent a positive and professional image;
Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of Service-Now and Workday systems would be a strong advantage.
