- The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Human Resources team on a day to day basis by providing a comprehensive, advisory service to our associates and management.
- Partner with the HR team to provide responsive, solution-oriented advisory support to associates and management on daily workplace matters.
- Drive the full employee lifecycle experience, from managing new hire onboarding and orientation to processing status changes and departures in Workday.
- Lead UK immigration by proactively managing employee visa process and renewals ensuring compliance.
- Establishes contacts across the HR function to ensure all transactional, operational and other needs are managed in a timely and seamless fashion; liaises with HR colleagues as necessary to resolve issues or queries.
- Build effective relationships across the HR function to ensure seamless delivery of services, coordinating with colleagues to efficiently resolve issues and address employee queries.
- Support the employee benefits program by addressing inquiries and collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports using Workday and Excel, covering areas such as absence management, probation tracking, and visa status monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, and Recruitment teams on workforce headcount and reporting.
- Ensure HR policy implementation aligns with current UK employment legislation.
- Ensure all demographic and profile data including HR records held are kept up to date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and other relevant data.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements.
- Stay current with HR best practices and industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Previous Human Resources experience required.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team team.
- Exceptional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong computer skills and proficient with MS Office suite.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
