Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, ensuring completion of required paperwork while making them feel welcomed and prepared for their new roles.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Plan and execute engaging company events that align with our positive working environment and company culture, fostering employee engagement and team spirit.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.

Work closely with managers to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and career growth.

Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver effective training programs.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.

Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing policies and practices.

Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and leave policies.

Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, resolve issues, and help facilitate necessary changes.

Collaborate with benefits administrators to ensure seamless administration of programs.

1-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in HRIS software, MS Office suite and Google.

Leadership experience and strong soft skills.
-
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
