What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with early to mid-career employees and managers to support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
- Provide guidance on company policies and local employment law to employees and managers
- Conduct new hire orientation, exit interviews, and performance management activities while analyzing employee data
- Monitor dashboards and prepare reports to identify trends and patterns for future program development
- Manage HRIS administration for employee lifecycle events and ensure compliance with legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of combined HR experience in areas such as HR business partnership, consulting, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in the Northern VA/DC office at least twice a week
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in management consulting, project management, or process development
- Familiarity with Workday and data analysis skills
