- Design, develop, and implement strategic HTR process initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify areas for user journey improvement, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation, staying informed about external HR trends to enhance services.
- Review performance data and employee feedback to pinpoint service gaps and pain points, crafting effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a laser focus on improving employee experience, collaborating with Service Delivery Leads in end-to-end process redesign. Collaborate with other functional GPOs globally to explore opportunities for synergy, collaboration, and end-to-end standardization.
- Advise on continuous improvement of enabling technology, aiming for an aspirational employee experience and greater efficiencies in HTR processes/services. Works closely with the HTR tower lead for ongoing performance review and improvement.
- Builds strong partnerships with business and senior HR leaders, representing the global HR process and operations organization in leadership meetings. Fosters transparency and plans improvement projects for key initiatives.
- Experience in an analytical background (5-7 years) with a degree in Economic, Business, Finance or Statistics.
- Possess a University Degree or equivalent, coupled with extensive experience in HR processes, showcasing a history of recognition as an HTR expert.
- Demonstrate previous participation in the development of business strategy, illustrating a strategic mindset and understanding of overarching organizational goals.
- Showcase a deep understanding of HTR processes, associated technologies, and data quality applications, with the ability to apply this expertise to the most complex problems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, exhibiting clear, concise, and confident communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders and management.
- Proven track record of managing, developing, and mentoring teams, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to foster collaboration across functions and the entire enterprise.
- Exhibit a self-starting, initiative-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

As the HR Global Process Owner will work closely with teams in different HR areas (e.g., CoE’s, HRBP’s, HR Services) to ensure that we have HR processes that support business strategy, and they are well implemented to drive efficiencies, globalisation, and positive experience of the end users.
This role will report to the Director of JMGS and will be end-to-end process owner for Hire to Retire (HTR) and will provide leadership and direction to design process strategy and standards for HTR processes globally.
JM is undergoing a Global Finance Transformation programme; this position will support the Business Process Management organisation within S2P Global Process. Incumbent will play an important part in business process & technology change, supporting the delivery of the strategic plan, together with the process organisation Target Operating Model, which is a part of the GBS delivery.
