Job Description

- Partner on employee relation and talent projects related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility.
- Assist in early career program talent process including candidate sourcing, branding and university engagement plans.
- Assist with recruitment including resume sourcing and screening and candidate experience.
- Help maintain data and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Create and update training materials as needed.
- Leverage data analytics in driving employee relations and talent solutions and translate into actionable plans.
- Assisting in the coordination, planning and execution of Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program, preferably majoring in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a drive for collaboration, eagerness to learn and commitment to professional growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Passion for the Food industry.
- Previous work or Internship experience is a plus.
- Leadership roles in university clubs, volunteer clubs, or other organizations is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old and live within commuting distance from our US Headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ.

Internship Overview
The HR Intern experience in Human Resources will provide opportunity to contribute on meaningful projects that support the full employment life cycle at Puratos. Based in our US Headquarters location in Pennsauken New Jersey, the HR Intern will gain valuable experience supporting our local talent acquisition activities, employee engagement and culture-building events, and other projects in support of our Human Capital strategy.
This internship is a full-time, paid position for a current undergraduate looking to pursue a career in HR after graduation. The position will last approximately 12 weeks during Summer 2024. Upon graduation, Puratos interns will be eligible to join the Puratos “RISE” early career development program as an HR Specialist. This role would include a rotational experience supporting our HR Centers of Excellence, as well as a field assignment in one of our Operations facilities.
