      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain human resources information system (HRIS) records and provide administrative support
      - Conduct training for HR Liaisons and manage unit projects, including generating HR reports
      - Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new employee orientation and separation procedures
      - Assist with benefits administration and FMLA requests, ensuring compliance with HR policies
      - Interpret and apply HR rules and policies, preparing necessary communications and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field
      - Two years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent roles such as HR Assistant, Specialist, or Generalist
      - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, agency policies, and HR principles
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to analyze problems and formulate effective solutions
