      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and improve key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
      - Manage and optimize HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency
      - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations and stay updated on labor laws
      - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
      - Lead and support HR projects aimed at process improvements and system upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a human resources role at an early-stage startup
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks
      - High level of initiative and adaptability to changing business needs
      - Strong attention to detail in managing HR systems and documentation
      - Highly organized with a commitment to contributing to the scaling of HR functions
