      Summary of Job Description:


      The Project Administrator helps with branding Panda as an employer of choice by working with the Associate Engagement team on various projects related to Employer Branding, Associate Engagement, and HR Communications. This position works closely with Operations Leaders, Talent Acquisition & Development, Marketing, and other stakeholders on a variety of projects, such as Top Employer awards, branding opportunities, and HR social networks (e.g. Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn), administering these projects for the team.


      You’ll get a chance to:

      • Administer the Top Employer engagement surveys.
      • Monitor and communicate project status, budget, and schedule.
      • Work closely with third-party vendors, Operations Leaders, Marketing, Legal, and HR to nominate, celebrate, and promote Panda as a great place to work.
      • Work with team leadership on recruitment marketing and HR communication initiatives.
      • Include monitoring online presence for HR social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed), reviewing platform analytics, and presenting discoveries and trends to team.
      • Help team leaders develop and implement various projects and campaigns that align with Panda’s values, drive associate engagement and elevates employer branding.
      • Conduct research of best practices, latest innovations, and benchmarking related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and associate engagement.
      • Consolidate and present findings to team leaders.
      • Provide additional ad hoc support to the Associate Engagement team as needed.

      Your background and experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent experience
      • Minimum three years of related work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
      • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
      • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
