      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various internal roles across multiple departments
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
      - Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
      - Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
      - Ensure compliance with hiring practices and stay informed about job market trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various functions
      - Familiarity with recruiting for government roles requiring security clearances
      - Strong understanding of IT recruiting and specialized positions
      - Proven experience in filling roles under strict deadlines
      - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Experience using Paylocity's ATS
      - Background in federal IT contracting or government-related industries
      - Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and federal hiring regulations
