      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process

      - Attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient with applicant-tracking software or recruitment systems
      - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
      - Availability of 8-10+ hours per week for volunteer work
