      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process

      - Screen applications and select qualified candidates for various roles
      - Assist with the interview process, including conducting interviews with managers and stakeholders
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics
      - Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
      - Proactive and independent with strong initiative
      - Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
      - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
