      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, and onboarding
      - Assist in onboarding new hires and presenting in new hire orientation
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, with additional exposure to HR generalist responsibilities preferred
      - Strong understanding of HR principles including recruitment best practices and employment laws
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms like ADP and BambooHR
      - Experience in HR projects, such as open enrollment and policy updates
