What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs and Financial Advisors
- Conduct demos and discovery calls to close new business
- Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed sales quotas
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on sales and client services-related activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically in HR consulting sales
- 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
