      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR Sales Consulting.
      - Conduct business-to-business prospecting and nurture existing relationships.
      - Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, and LinkedIn Navigator to drive sales.
      - Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
      - Report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities using Salesforce CRM.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
      - 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically in HR consulting sales experience required.
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
      - Proven relationship-building and client service skills.
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
