The HR Service Payroll Specialist is an integral part of IBM and the French Payroll Team . Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering Payroll-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. • Run Payroll operations insisting on the highest Standards and with the highest controllership (ensuring that Payroll complies with internal policies and local legislations at all times)
• Be an independent end-to-end Country Owner, taking ownership of escalations and driving issues to resolution

• Actively participates in SAP Success Factor implementation and testing phase

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

• Deep knowledge of termination and general administration procedures plus labor law
• Familiar with SAP, Workday, ADP software
• Experience with time and absence management
• Sense of innovation
