What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with internal/external advertising for vacant/detail positions for DGHP teams, program, and branches
- Prepare and provide welcome packets for new branch staff
- Submit and track actions related to Performance Management Appraisal Program (PMAS)
- Provide technical assistance to senior branch in researching and providing guidance regarding regulations and policies
- Maintain records of United States Health Staff tours in country offices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Public Health or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three (3) or more years of experience in performing listed tasks
- Must be able to successfully pass an NACI or T1 investigation
- Knowledge of appropriations law and Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Proficient in using computer systems and standard software applications
