      JDC has a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to become part of a global HR team. The HR Specialist will work in a range of HR capacities with teams based in Israel, Europe, Africa and Asia, and will participate in the implementation and support of global HR projects. With employees in multiple locations across the region, this is a challenging and rewarding position for the right candidate.

      

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide HR support for employees at all stages of the employee life cycle.
      • Ensure compliance in various jurisdictions through engagement with legal counsel and local payroll, and subsequent action.
      • Participation in and support of workforce planning and salary review processes.
      • Maintenance and update of employee details within HRIS.
      • Support of the annual Performance Review Process.
      • Preparation of HR-related consultant contracts, processing of invoices.
      • Provision of data analysis and reports as needed.
      • Participate in the development of new HR systems, processes, and operations.
      • Support employee well-being (including organization of local and global corporate events, recognition programs, monitoring workplace well-being etc.).
      • Consult with managers and staff on various HR issues.
      • Additional responsibilities as needed.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelors degree in education in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
      • 5-10 years of experience in HR positions, preferably in a global company with a branch structure, preferred.
      • Familiarity with labor laws in European countries – an advantage.
      • Able to lead organizational processes, including remotely.
      • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
      • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
      • Strong leadership skills.
      • Proactive self-driven with the patience to grasp complex processes and a focus on the bigger picture.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Fluent Hebrew and English required, Russian an advantage.
      • Openminded, flexible
