- Manage and administer our HR platform (ADP) and other related systems, fully owning and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training on HR systems and processes to employees and HR staff.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system integrations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination, as needed.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including data entry, documentation, and orientation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, recommending enhancements to HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) working with HRIS platforms (ADP (required), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data analysis functions.
- Familiarity with HR processes and regulations, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Extensive experience in iCIMS
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in HR generalist duties or related HR roles.
- ATS Administration Experience

OverviewBigBear.ai is seeking an HR Systems and Data Administrator to play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and administering our HR systems and databases. This position will also involve a range of HR generalist duties, providing support across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes.
This role can be fully remote within the Continental US, with office space available in Columbia, MD or Chantilly, VA for candidates who prefer a hybrid or in office schedule.
