What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in technology projects including planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-deployment support
- Administer various HR systems such as payroll, time entry, and learning management systems
- Provide guidance and training on technical processes and systems to diverse audiences
- Support the evaluation and selection of new HR technology vendors and functionality
- Manage vendor relationships to maximize return on investment and provide recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in implementation and administration of human capital management systems/HR technology
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with HRIS and various HR technologies
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to scope projects and lead them to successful completion through collaboration
- Experience in gathering and integrating data from multiple sources
- Reporting and analytical experience
- Familiarity with UKG Pro
