      HR Technology Coordinator

      The HR Technology Coordinator is responsible for providing an enlightened service and support experience to all Shake Shack Team Members. Leveraging a case management tool, the Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact to Team Member inquires and issues related to HR Technology tools, processes, and policies. Using a knowledge base, internal network, and experience; the Coordinator will document, triage, and assist with accurate, prompt responses to inquiries. The HR Technology Coordinator role also helps ensures the data and transactions entered into Workday are processed in an efficient, effective, high-quality manner. Ensures privacy and security of all information entrusted to their care.

      Job Responsibilities and Duties

      • Will serve as the first point of contact for People Resources (Tier I) related inquires. Identifies, documents, and clarifies issues while working collaboratively with Team Members to achieve prompt resolution while providing an enlightened support experience. Is responsible for resolving simple-to-complex issues using policies, practices, and HR Technology tools and resources.

      • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR Technology tasks and processes including, adhering to Service Level Agreements SLAs, monitoring transactions entered in Workday and maintaining process documentation.

      • Maintains positions and organizational hierarchy within Workday ensuring proper system alignment, management security and workflow.

      • Partners with other People Resources team members and leaders to support HR Technology and operational processes and transactions. Supports HR Technology enhancements and implementations through planning, process documentation, user acceptance testing, etc.

      • Assists in the development of quick reference guides (QRGs) / knowledge-based articles and training materials for end user support as needed.

      • Conducts routine and ad-hoc reports / audits of people resources data and processes to ensure integrity and accuracy.

      • And as with most any job, other duties as assigned

      Related Experience

      • HR/HRIS Generalist, Specialist or Coordinator experience.

      • Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Talent/Performance, and Absence

      • Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley regulations (SOX)

      • Project management training and experience

      • Ability to run Workday reports and analyze data and trends

      Pay Range - $33.28 - $42.44
