      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary administrative support to the Pharmacy Director and management staff
      - Gather and manage electronic records requests from clients
      - Enter information into databases and prepare various forms of written communication
      - Distribute mail and maintain office supplies, including kitchen stock
      - Assist with recruitment, record maintenance, and coordination of events as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
      - Excellent communication and phone skills, with adaptability to a diverse customer base
      - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
      - Proficient in computer and typing skills, with the ability to multitask using different programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Excel is a plus
      - Experience in administrative or clerical roles within a nonprofit or social services setting
