What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders in the Americas Sales organization, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Design and execute regional talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent

- Serve as the voice of the business within the HR function, ensuring business needs are represented

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive client support and management coaching
- Experience supporting technology or SaaS businesses
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Credibility and integrity in communications, ensuring effective information flow
