      Job Description

      Our HRBP Director is responsible for providing leadership to the Senior Operations Leadership team in Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico and will provide supervision of the HR Business Partner team. This position will work collaboratively and consultatively with operational leaders. The HRBP Director partners with other HR Centers of Excellence including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Services. This position understands the industry and Dungarvin business to help shape HR initiatives.

      WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      • Effectively build strong relationships with operations supervisors to address and mitigate employee or manager concerns. Actively propose new areas in which HR may add value.
      • Develop a high level of business knowledge and strong partnership with employees and managers on HR-related matters.
      • Assist with the strategic planning to ensure the company is well-positioned for growth and expansion of services.
      • Oversee the implementation of effective employee recruitment and retention strategies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Assure human resources functions comply with regulatory standards

        Qualifications

        MUST HAVE:

        • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
        • 8+ years of exempt-level human resources experience specifically with strategic planning and consultation. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, worker's compensation claims management, training, etc.
        • Experienced in strategic HR conversations, project management, change management, and data analytics.
        • 2+ years of management experience specifically with performance management, coaching, and developing others specific to HR
        • The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
        • Must have strong computer skills and the ability to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to an HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
        • Must be knowledgeable in federal and state employment law.

        NICE TO HAVE:

        • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
        • Preference in the human services or healthcare field

        Dungarvin provides a variety of individually tailored services and supports under the Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver. Additionally, we provide services in several small homes licensed as Intermediate Care Facilities/Mental Retardation (ICF/MR) in Indiana. Other services provided include day services, supported employment, case management, supported foster care, children’s services, respite care, host homes and supports for persons with traumatic brain injury and mental health needs in several states.
