What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with executive leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support talent management activities such as succession planning and leadership development
- Design and implement organizational development programs to drive change and improve effectiveness
- Advocate for a positive employee experience and assist in resolving employee relations issues
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner
- Strong business acumen with problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity and ethical standards with the ability to navigate complexity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Expertise in implementing change management strategies
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders
- Proficiency in using HR analytics for decision-making
