What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to internal end users
- Collaborate with internal customers to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues promptly
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in the HRIS to support business decisions
- Monitor system performance and integrity, executing compliance audits as needed
- Research and evaluate changes from biannual Workday releases to recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with HR knowledge preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in HRIS or related fields
- Familiarity with compliance audits and system performance monitoring
- Ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders
